Peter has been a specialist construction lawyer for 25 years. He is author of the leading practitioner’s and award-winning book: Construction and Engineering Arbitration. Editor of Construction Law Journal and a contributor to each issue on matters arising from the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act.
