Jane Ryland

Jane is a construction lawyer and adjudicator with nearly 30 years’ experience.  She was a Partner at Laytons, Bristol office before joining Cripps in Tunbridge Wells as a Partner in 2001 to set up their construction department.  She has been an adjudicator since 1999 and is on the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the TeCSA panels taking regular appointments. In 2012 she joined Sheridan Gold as a consultant.  

Her clients include local authorities, educational establishments and charities as well as contractors and consultants.  She advises on dispute resolution and adjudication in addition to her non-contentious practice advising on contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, third party rights, bonds and guarantees.  

She is a Regional Co-ordinator for the Society of Construction Law, Kent branch and resides in Tunbridge Wells.
