Ryan Turner of Atkin Chambers will be starring as ‘The Mediator’, a DAB chair trying to guide the usually combative parties towards a non-lethal resolution of a dispute arising out of a JCT Target Cost Contract 2024.  The dispute concerns an innovative human waste to energy plant, misrepresentation, real pain/gain sharing, cannoli and horse heads.
