Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (HGCR Act)

In addition to our long and extensive practical experience, Peter Sheridan has for many years been an editor of the Construction Law Journal and regular contributor of articles relating to the HGCR Act, covering payment as well as adjudication issues. Some recent articles can be seen below.

We also have a case law index of all 350+ cases, each of which we have analysed and categorised by topic.

Under the HGCR Act, the payment and adjudication provisions, which are the usual subject matter of the Construction Acr Review, are applicable to construction contracts, as defined in section 104.  "Construction Contract" is defined by reference to "construction operations", the subject of this issue of CAR.
